Shipping
We offer free shipping in Denmark on all orders above 1000 DKK. A variable cost based on weight will be added to orders less than 1000 DKK. The shipping charges will be displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen.

For delivery of larger products there may be an additional shipping cost. This will be clearly displayed on the product page for relevant items.

In Denmark we deliver using GLS Package Shop, PostNord Business Delivery, dao Package Shop og dao Home Delivery.

We ship to Sweden, Norway and Germany using GLS. The shipping charges will be displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen.

Insurance
We insure all deliveries against loss and damage while they are in transit from Vera Nordic to the recipient address. As soon as the delivery has been signed for at the agreed address, it is no longer covered by our insurance. If your package is damaged on arrival, we suggest that you inform the carrier that you are receiving a damaged package when you sign for the delivery.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@veranordic.com with the following information:

1: Email: State the email address used when placing the order with us.

2: Order number: State the order number which can be found on the order confirmation you have received from us.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.

General terms in regards to returns 
We will refund the return payment as soon as possible and on the same credit card that was used when the order was placed. 

If you want a different color, size or product, please place a new order on our website.
