1. PLACING AN ORDER
Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. Vera Nordic therefore has the option to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations. A binding order confirmation and invoice is only sent to you when we have dispatched the goods that you have ordered. When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail from which it appears which goods you have ordered. This is only an electronic confirmation for receipt of your order. You must be aware that the automatic response (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, by which an agreement has been concluded. The agreement is only binding when you have received an e-mail from Vera Nordic with information that we have dispatched the item.
2. PAYMENT
At veranordic.com you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay. The Vera Nordic webshop does not charge a fee for payment cards.
3. DELIVERY
We offer the following delivery methods: GLS Parcel Shop, PostNord Business Delivery, dao Parcel Shop and dao Home Delivery. Delivery of larger items may incur an additional shipping charge. If the product belongs to this group, it will appear specifically on the product page. When the product is placed in the basket, the specific price will appear. The expected delivery time may vary during peak periods. The package will be dispatched from our webshop within 1-2 working days. Expected delivery time from placing the order is 1-3 days. Vera Nordic webshop is responsible for the goods until you have received them.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When you shop at Vera Nordic, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you or a specified third party gets physical possession of the package.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by contacting us. Remember to state your order number. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice of this at the same time.
Returns
Contact us at info@veranordic.com if you wish to return an order. The customer shall pay for the returns and these must be shipped to:

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties and the way it functions. In other words – You can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
Refund of the purchase amount and return of the product
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us, with the exception of any delivery costs.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
We will refund your payment no later than 7 days from the date on which we have received the return shipment. We pay out refunds to the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

Vera Nordic reserves the right to make any fee/price changes due to proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
