If you wish to make a claim on a product please send an email to info@veranordic.com.

1: Email: State the email address used when placing the order with us

2: Order number: State the order number which can be found on the order confirmation you have received from us

3: Attach photos: Please attach photos of the product you are making a claim on. 

After receiving your information we will book a return shipping with our shipping partner. 

General terms in regards to claims
We will refund the payment as soon as possible and on the same credit card that was used when the order was placed.

If you want a different color, size or product, please make a new order on veranordic.com.
